Sune kakoi
  1. Face shyomen and sit in tatehiza.

  2. This is done the same as in Tora no issoku except faster.

  3. There are three ways of doing this kata.

    • As in Tora no issoku.

    • Not moving the right hand to the tsuka until you are halfway standing.

    • Blocking horizontally and up high.

  4. Keep your koshi down and be sure the block is wide.

  5. Sink the knee down and forward.

  6. Kirioroshi.

  7. Yoko chiburui.

  8. Noto.
