Nami geshi
  1. Face shyomen then turn 180° to the right and sit in tatehiza. Keep your right foot in close.

  2. Use the same movements as in Urokogaeshi but this time turn 180° around.

  3. Be sure to bring the left leg behind you and to the left for good balance during the cut.

  4. Make the nukitsuke big and keep low.

  5. Bring the left knee to the right foot and kirioroshi.

  6. Yoko chiburui.

  7. Noto.
